Privacy

This page explains what we collect on hardcorepuzzler.com and what we do with it. Last updated 31 October 2026.

We collect

Your email address and, if you choose, your first name. Nothing else.

Who sees it

Only us and our email service. We never sell or share it.

Tracking

No tracking cookies and no advertising trackers on this site. Visits are counted anonymously.

Leaving

Every email has an unsubscribe link. Email us to have your details deleted.

What we collect

When you claim the free bonus puzzles, you give us your email address and, if you choose, your first name. That is all. You can browse the rest of the site, including the free puzzles, without giving us anything.

Why we collect it

  • To give you the bonus puzzle downloads you asked for.
  • To send you occasional emails with puzzles and news about our books. You agreed to this when you ticked the box on the signup form.

Who handles it

Your details are stored in Hostinger Reach, the email service we use to send our emails. The signup form on the bonus page is provided by Reach, so what you type goes straight to Reach and is not stored on our web server. We never sell or share your details with anyone else.

Unsubscribing and deleting your data

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops all emails straight away. If you also want your details deleted, email support@hardcorepuzzler.com or reply to any of our emails.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn't use tracking cookies or advertising trackers. We count visits with Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics service that sets no cookies and stores no personal data: it tells us how many people visit, which pages they read, which websites or campaigns sent them here and how many click through to our books, but not who they are.

Links to our books go through Booklinker, which counts the click and sends you to the Amazon store for your country. Booklinker and Amazon each have their own privacy policies.

Server logs

Like every website, our host keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security.
