About Hardcore Puzzler
Hardcore Puzzler started with a simple complaint: too many puzzle books labelled "hard" are finished in an afternoon. So we make the books we wanted to buy: plenty of puzzles, clear printing, and difficulty that climbs properly from novice to genuinely tough.
How we grade difficulty
Most series come in three levels. Novice books run from easy to hard, Adept from medium to very hard, and Master from hard to extreme. Within each book the puzzles get harder as you go, so there is always a next step.
What's in the range
Classic and variant Sudoku, Killer Sudoku, Calcudoku, Futoshiki, Hashi (Bridges), Hidoku, Numbrix, Kakuro, Tridoku and Minesweeper. Many come in Large Print with one puzzle per page, and in a pocket size for travelling.
